Project Title: Online Tender Submission
1. Aims of the project.
Tender Submission is online will help us to get more competition. In manual there may some corruption it may form both side that is Tender caller and submitter. That is, it is unsecured but in online it is secured, if any body can wish he can’t change any data of that. In online any body from any where may participate as a result it must more competition above all it is the first goal of Digital Bangladesh. The project is accomplished with the following initiatives-----Registration, Login, File download & upload requirement, Admin panel, Single authentication, Separately accessing for the user and admin site, form validation, User verification, Randomly choose tender winner, user friendly, Searching mechanism. Other facility we trying to find.
2. Methodology to be used
A site success and popularity depend on how many interactivity occurs with the sit and how many necessary feedback can the site provide to its user. We use the language and supporting to that will be use to increment the project are--PHP, My SQL, HTML, CSS, AJASE, JQUERY, Adobe Photoshop, XAMPP Server, Java script etc.
3. Contribution of the student
Collect the all required information. Both of us we analysis the hole manual system and Make the prototype then we will draw the mind map of the proposal system. We also try to draw the data flow diagram. Simulation, Design & Development of the project.
4. Required skills & Implementation
After information collection we make the site. We use XAMPP server because we need apache server and database My SQL supported web server. For testing the system we can configure a XAMPP server in our university by that we used the system through LAN. We don’t need must skill person to operate this system. A person who have little bit concept in working in computer will be able to operate it. After implementation we can provide a page instruction guide to new user by which she/he will know about the hole system.
